Father’s Day Celebration
"Any man can be a father, but takes a special man to be a dad."
Father's Day was celebrated with a special lunch to honor the fathers and male caregivers who carry much responsibility here at Shining Light, including meeting the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of their children. Each man has a role in setting a Christ-like example for the boys and girls they interact with. They serve as dads who lead, teach, guide, protect, nurture, and most importantly, love.
We very much appreciate these men of God and what they contribute to the work here at Shining Light.
