A Visit to the Zoo

This month's big highlight for the children was taking a day off to go to the zoo in Valle de Guadalupe. On April 7 at 8:30 AM, four big vans and several other vehicles loaded with children and staff took to the road and headed for the zoo.

The children had a lot of fun seeing all the animals. It was good for them to experience many different things from what they typically see in their normal day-to-day life. Some of the older children enjoyed a soccer game with Greivin, while the workers and others played volleyball on the grass.

They still enjoy talking about this trip and they're already looking forward to going back again sometime!
