Summer Corn Harvest

This summer we have been blessed to reap the fruits of all we have sown. God has blessed us with an abundant corn harvest; so much so that we have been able to share it with the community. We have also managed to store about 32 gallons of corn, and our freezers are completely full. We even have some of the harvest left to pick.

Since it is school break, everyone at Shining Light has spent a lot of time working in the garden. It has been a time of effort, learning, and teamwork.

We thank God for how He has blessed us this summer. Also, it has been a wonderful opportunity to teach the children and young people how great God is and to show them that effort, when done with dedication and trust in Him, bears fruit. They have been able to see that all the work done has not been in vain, but rather a great blessing for everyone.
