Showers of Blessings

As an update to our July blog post regarding the extremely dry conditions and fires, we were blessed to receive two days of heavy rain over the past few weeks.  The showers nourished the terrain and were much needed to replenish moisture in our area.

We also nourished our community, spiritually, by hosting a week-long Vacation Bible School for all ages.  Everyone in attendance, ranging from young children to adults, grew in their faith.  Both our church family and the neighbors in our community seemed to enjoy their time at VBS while learning Biblical lessons and Christian values while gaining a better understanding of Jesus’ unconditional love.
