Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

“For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, which is Christ the Lord.” Luke 2:11

Much excitement was in the air on Christmas morning. Everyone ate breakfast together, then prepared for the gift exchange. A fire was burning in the fireplace as the Christmas story was read. Christmas music played in the background throughout the day. When dinnertime rolled around, we gathered with family and friends from the church and children’s home to enjoy a large spread of good food. That evening, everyone had fun playing games together before calling it a night. Reflecting on our Christmas Day, we are thankful that we get to celebrate and serve our Great God. He is more than worthy of all the praise, honor and glory that we can give Him.
