Annual Staff Party

Our long-term staff makes many sacrifices in order to stay long-term, pouring their hearts into the work at Shining Light. 

One way the administration shows their gratitude and appreciation for their work is through a dinner party once a year. A few of the administrators work together to serve a gourmet dinner to fill the staff's love tanks with delicious food.

An evening to fellowship, talk, and connect with staff provides an opportunity for everyone to connect outside of the work environment.  Each year, the staff eagerly arrives, wondering what the dinner will be. This year a full table charcuterie board awaited hungry staff. A hot cocoa bar to warm them up added a cozy winter touch to the dinner party.

We are eternally grateful for the staff who work hard, investing in eternity as they become the hands and feet of Jesus to the children and others at Shining Light. It is this group of people that creates stability and security for all those involved at Shining Light.
